Legon, a stunning woman who is rumored to be a University of Ghana student, has gone insane and is wandering the streets of Accra, specifically Lapaz and its surroundings.

She consumed tiny toffee, which is toffee that has been intentionally laced with marijuana, and as a result, to use a euphemistic term, lost her sense of reality.
The unidentified girl was spotted wandering the street barefoot and muttering to herself, and it’s likely that a friend of hers recorded the depressing scene on their phone and shared it.
According to reports, the neighborhood begged for help in finding her family members.
