The 2021 BET nominations have been released and Ghana missed out as no Ghanaian act made it into the nominations for the Best International act.
In this year’s BET awards musicians including Burna Boy, Wizkid, Aya Nakamura (France), Diamond Platnumz (Tanzania) were given the nod however, DMW Records boss, Davido was snubbed from the category.
Ghanaian acts like Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale, Sarkodie, Kuami Eugene and others were also snubbed and the two Nigerian Grammy award winners have the bragging rights after they were nominated with other heavyweights to vie for the Best International act category.
