I FORGIVE YOU – Kelvyn Boy Reacts After Saddick Adams Placed Black Sherif Over Him

Ghanaian Afrobeats musician, Kelvyn Boy, has expressed his displeasure over a comparison
between himself and the reigning VGMAs Artist of the Year, Black Sherif.

The comparison was made by Ghanaian sports journalist, Saddick Adams popularly known as ‘Sports Obama’, on his show on Accrabased Angel TV, following Black Sherif’s historic win at the 24th VGMAs.

During the show, Saddick Adams praised Black Sherif, stating that he has the talent, the vim, and is
pushing hard, which will soon make him a global sensation.

However, he cautioned the young artist to remain focused and obedient to his team, as it is the only
way to achieve his career objectives.

In the same breath, Adams cited Kelvyn Boy, claiming that although he has the talent, he lacks
Black Sherif’s traits.

In response, Kelvyn Boy took to Twitter, saying he has forgiven Saddick Adams. The “Down Flat” singer stated that he no longer rants on issues and that he will do music at his own pace.
He wrote, “I forgive this media guy. I stop Dey rant. I’ve found peace! I’ll do music at my own pace.
Approaching six years…this music thing no be race!”
Kelvyn Boy also expressed his frustration with Ghanaians, stating that they are quick to condemn
and judge artists but slow to support them.
“Ghanaians are quick to condemn and judge you and super-slow to support you!” he complained.

Kelvyn Brown better known by his stage name Kelvyn Boy is a Ghanaian Afrobeat singer from Assin Fosu, Central region of Ghana.

He got signed to Burniton Music Group owned by Stonebwoy and due to some controversies, left the label in the year 2019. He is known for popular songs like ”Mea”, Loko, Yawa No Dey, and Momo.
