Veteran Ghanaian actor Fred Amugi has opened up on his level of education as he discloses that he only completed high school.
Fred Amugi is one of the most eloquent and intelligent actors the movie industry has gotten in the past years. The actor has revealed that he never attended the University.
Fred Amugi disclosed that people have the perception that he attended the University but he did not and has no degree. “I’ve never visited a Univerity. What people don’t comprehend is that”.
Fred Amugi disclosed that he completed form 5 at the Nungua Secondary school and got an opportunity in the movie industry.
“I completed form 5 of secondary school. In reality, the late Nick Teye, who had previously worked at Ghana films, saw me promising during my final year of school at Nungua Secondary School.”
“We performed on stage, and portrayed a character, he wanted. That is where it all began, he told Giovanni Caleb on 3 FM.
Fred Amugi has been in the movie for over three decades and has been featured in a lot of movies. Fred Amugi has acted with other veterans like Grace Omaboe, Grace Nortey, Paa George, the late McJordan Amartey, the late Prince Yawson, and many others.
