I’M THE GATEKEEPER, I OPEN THE DOORS FOR OTHER ARTISTES TO ENTER – Stonebwoy Brags After Breakfast Club Interview

Internationally celebrated dancehall musician Stonebwoy extols his own virtues as the guardian of musical talent in Ghana.

Stonebwoy, a stage name for Livingstone Etse Satekla, has revealed how he was able to land an interview with The Breakfast Club Morning Show in New York.

Mr. Satekla stated in a Berla Mundi interview that he put in a lot of effort over the years to get to where he is now and for his interview with the Breakfast Club.

He admitted that his readiness and constancy in seizing opportunities led to his appearance on the show.

Stonebwoy hailed himself as someone who has been creating doors for other musicians to create waves as the first Ghanaian artist to make it to the event.

In response to a question about how much it cost him to be interviewed on such a significant platform, Stonebwoy stated networking costs money, but everyone must put up the effort to achieve their goals.

He also discussed how his early attempts to land that interview were referred to as “bootlicking.”

If they want to succeed, he told his coworkers to network and let go of the worry that they will be perceived as bootlickers.
