IT’S NOT TO KILL HIS VIBE – Abiana On Mentor Audition Saga

Abiana, a singer from Ghana, has at last commented on the Mentor audition controversy.

Abiana received harsh criticism for her response to an applicant’s performance at TV3’s Mentor XI auditions.

When the budding musician began performing KiDi’s “Mon Babe,” she yelled that he should go.

A portion of Ghanaian social media users denounced her move. The singer of “Shika” Giovani Caleb addressed her behavior during a conversation on Showbiz 360.

Abiana said that she had no malicious intent. She emphasized that she didn’t intend to destroy the spirit of the burgeoning talent.

She claimed that she had to act swiftly since others were waiting.

Abiana continued, since he is a singer, the contestant should have selected a song that demonstrates the flexibility and strength of his voice.

Reacting to her commentary, a Facebook user identified as Doe Mustapha wrote;

“Pride goes before a fall… Just eat the humble pie, chew your ego and swallow your pride. Explaining yourself to justify what you did to the guy rather causes more harm than good… It will be better for you to accept it and render an unqualified apology… We are human and we are not far from making mistakes in the process of discharging our duties. Maame do the needful. You can never live an impeccable life. You goofed big time. Damage control nu anfa…”
