Information reaching NKONKONSA.com indicates that renowned legal practitioner, Cynthia Quarcoo, the Founder and Managing Partner of CQ Legal & Consulting and also the lawyer for Ghanaian musician Sarkodie has passed away.
The cause of her untimely death is unknown but reports say Cynthia Quarcoo died following a short illness.
Cynthia Quarcoo’s demise is also a big blow to the entertainment industry as she was the first to establish a specialized entertainment, sports, and media practice within her Ghanaian law firm.
Her bio on her LinkedIn account reads “She has over 15 years experience representing institutional clients and governments. Cynthia is an experienced corporate/commercial lawyer with extensive banking, finance and capital markets experience with specialization in the energy, financial and infrastructure sectors and ESG.”
In a tweet shared by Mrs Tracey Owusu Addo, wife of Sarkodie, she confirmed the heartbreaking news with a broken heart emoji and attached a picture of the Late Cynthia Quarcoo with Sarkodie and his daughter Titi.
