Legendary hiplife rapper Okyeame Kwame has revealed that his wife Annica Nsiah Apau has been giving him chop money.
One of the celebrity marriages that is envied is the union between Okyeame Kwame and his wife. The two have shared loved-up photos on countless occasions renewing their love from time to time.
Speaking in an interview on JoyPrime, the rapper disclosed how he used to spend too much money on ‘unnecessary’ things, hence making his wife put him in check.
Okyeame Kwame recounted when he used all the money in the family account to purchase a designer shirt. According to him, his actions made his wife put a check on him over his spending.
The Rapper disclosed that after the incident, he does not only consult his wife when making decisions, but he also takes permission from his wife, Annica. He further explained that he takes chop money from his wife on a daily basis if he is to spend beyond his budget.
Okyeame added that he takes permission from his wife before making a purchase of anything above the allocated budget.
Okyeame Kwame revealed that he used to receive 100 Cedis when gasoline was 10 Cedis and that he had to ask her permission before spending any money from the household budget.
