STOP TALKING AND PRAY FOR THE BLACK STARS TO DELIVER – Asamoah Gyan to Ghanaians

Ghanaians have been urged to pray for the success of the Black Stars as they compete in the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar later this week by the nation’s all-time leading scorer, Asamoah Gyan.

He claims that enough has been said about the team and that it is now time for Ghanaians to stop talking and begin supporting the team in Qatar.

All Ghanaians are urged to support the team as they compete against the rest of the world this month and in December, according to Gyan, 37. The African player with the most goals at the FIFA World Cup is Gyan.

“Everyone has shared his or her opinion about the BLACK STARS. 26 man squad is out now so what we have to do now is to support those in camp now.”

“If u have any comments, wait till after the first game of the tournament. But for now , let’s pray for the team to deliver”, the Ghana all time top scorer tweeted.

On November 24 in Doha, Qatar’s Stadium 974, Ghana will kick off their 2022 FIFA World Cup campaign against European powerhouse Portugal.

The Black Stars will play Asian superpower South Korea four days later at Al Rayyan’s Education City Stadium.

The group stage for the Black Stars, who are competing in their fourth FIFA tournament, will conclude with a match against Uruguay at Al Janoub Stadium in Al Wakrah.
