Serwaa, a brand ambassador for Top Choco, accepted accountability and apologised for the incident.

Responding to her heartfelt apology, Top Choco reiterated their dedication to cooperation with Serwaa in a message posted on their social media channels. The brand conveyed its commitment to advancing together while accepting Serwaa’s apology.
