Former Big Brother Africa winner and actor, Uti Nwachuku has openly accused Wesley Kesse, a Ghanaian content producer of copying his creative idea for a birthday photoshoot and not giving him credit.
Wesley shared the photo yesterday, April 19, 2023, on the photo-sharing app Instagram in an effort to commemorate his 30th birthday while enjoying a trip to the Tanzanian island of Zanzibar.
In an Instagram post by Uti, as he shared images of himself and that of Wesley Kesse, Uti revealed that the original concept’s photographer is furious about the dishonest exploitation of her creative idea without permission and is thinking about suing Wesley Kesse in a legal battle.
In addition, Uti exposed the picture studio Image Studios and Ghanaian stylist Osei Kwaku Esq. as complicit in the intellectual property theft.
