Sensational highlife and afrobeat performer Kidi was compelled to leave the stage during a set at the University of Cape Coast due to an inadequate sound system.
Kidi struggled to provide a strong performance after the Institution’s microphone apparently malfunctioned as she entered the stage to perform.
As part of the University of Cape Coast’s Student Representation Council (SRC) week events at the Casford field, Kidi was invited to participate as a guest artist.
The microphone, however, broke down as he was about to perform on stage to the applause of the audience.
Kidi was compelled by this incident to leave the stage without performing. Many people have criticized the school for this incident’s embarrassing display on Twitter.
