CHAIRMAN WONTUMI DRAGS A-PLUS TO COURT AGAIN

Political activist Kwame A Plus has been sued once more, thus it appears that the legal dispute between Chairman Wontumi, a Ghanaian politician, and this person will continue for some time to come.

In response to remarks made on the entertainment program on UTV, the Ashante Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Chairman Wontumi sued A Plus, Nana Ama McBrown, and Mr. Logic.

The petitioner was ordered to pay GHc65,000 to A Plus and the other defendants, while Afia Schwar was penalized 5,000 penalty units (GHc60,000).

In response to certain remarks he made on the United Showbiz broadcast over the weekend, Chairman Wontumi reportedly filed a lawsuit against A Plus. On social media, a summons writ for Kwame Asare Obeng A Plus has been spotted.

A Plus is expected to be in court on December the 13th, 2022. The reason why A Plus is being dragged to court is yet to be known.

Recall that on Saturday, Nana Ama McBrown rendered an apology to Chairman Wontumi for interfering in court issues and made some pronouncements they were not supposed to make. However, A Plus was seen on set saying he would context the judgment and go for an appeal because he is unsatisfied with the judgment.
