I WISH EBONY WAS ALIVE TO WITNESS MY PERFORMANCE – Afua Asantewaa Aduonum

The Ghanaian Journalist and Entrepreneur, Afua Asantewaa O. Aduonum has expressed her profound love for the late Ghanaian dancehall and hip-life artist, Ebony. She is about to set out on a quest to shatter the Guinness World Record for the longest singing marathon by an individual.

In an interview with Rosalyn Felli on Adom TV, Afua claimed that she genuinely loved the late artist, who passed away in a terrible vehicle accident in February 2018.

Afua claimed that she was drawn to Ebony because she could relate to her and convinced herself that she could have the same passion for music.

This discussion started when Afua was asked by Roselyn Felli who, outside her family, she would have loved to see at the venue.

“She’s no more, Ebony. I loved her passion for music…She loved music and I could easily resonate with her. I remember I used to tell my husband during her performances that ‘I could do exactly what she is doing.’ But it is just unfortunate that I was an entrepreneur and you know in those positions you can’t do certain things. she wrote.

Afua Asantewaa Aduonum’s application for the attempt was approved by the Guinness World Record board.
