She revealed that her brother, Shadrach Arloo, was allegedly killed at the West Hills Mall in the terrible video she posted.

She also mentioned that her brother had gone to the mall to make some purchases when the incident happened.

The whole video of how the young man was handcuffed and subjected to taser torture has been made public online in response to the many comments to this tragic incident.

In the video, Shadrach can be seen tossing and turning restlessly on the floor as the two police officers and the other mall security personnel watched until the young man sadly passed away.

Watch the video below;

 A detailed account of how the young man died is below:

Perpetual in her video which went viral said that the police officer stationed at the mall wanted to search the bag of her brother, but he demanded that they should rather go to the police station if he thinks there is something illicit in his bag.

From the Gospel musician’s narration in a video sighted by Zionfelix.net, the police replied that her brother does not know the law more than him.

She claimed the police officer started beating her brother, who unfortunately had his head hitting the ground and went unconscious.

Perpetual Didier added that Shadrach died after the police applied a ‘shocker’ on him.

The Gospel musician, therefore, appealed to the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Dr. George Akuffo Dampare to help the family get justice for the young man who was preparing to travel to Germany.
