Nkonkonsa Celebrity Gossip From Africa
Ghanaian music sensation, Black Sherif, has received an MTV Europe Music Awards (MTV EMA) nomination.
The “Soja” singer is up for Best African Act honors.
For the coveted award, he is up against three Nigerian celebrities: Tems, Ayra Starr, and Burna Boy. Zuchu from Tanzania and Musa Keyss from South Africa are competing as well.
This is Black Sherif’s second nomination for an award on the global stage. He recently confirmed his participation in the 2022 BET Awards.
He was up for the prized Best International Flow award, but Benjamin Epps of France won it instead.
This year’s @mtvema would be held at Düsseldorf in Germany ???????? on the 13th of November.
