I KNOW MY ENEMIES IN THIS INDUSTRY AND THEY KNOW ME TOO – Ras Kuuku

In a recent interview with Hitz FM, Reggae musician, Ras Kuuku claimed to have identified all of the industry colleagues that are out to bring him down.

“I know my enemies in this industry and they know me too. My enemies are the people who come out to say I do not deserve to win an award even when I deserve it,” he told ace broadcaster, Andy Dosty.

Ras Kuuku heaped more coal on the head of actor and artist Lilwin in a previous story about the Dancehall/Reggae act as they stepped up their newly discovered beef.

The former winner of the best reggae/dancehall category at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMAs) appears to be at odds with Lilwin, the creator of some illustrious TV series that are broadcast on United Television (UTV).

After Lilwin questioned Kuuku’s 2020 VGMA award, the battle broke out. Remember that in order to become the third artist to win the category since its inception, he had to overcome heavy competition from Samini, Epixode, J.Derobie, Samini, AK Songstress, and Jupitar in order to win the prize in 2020.

He reminded him that his “foolish” tracks, like “Ladder,” have no place in the music business. Ras Kuuku made the claim in a recent Facebook post, laying the stage for what is expected to be yet another salacious feud to be seen in public.

“Kwadwo Nkansah is the main reason why the Ghana movie industry collapsed, Humble Yourself me nua . You see how you’ve collapsed KumaWood. Shame on you. We got no space for concert party people like you in the Music Industry. Go and fix your failed and collapsed KumaWood. S3 ‘me ladder’ Aaah, foolish song like that. 3 3 & 1.”
